At this point in the series, there is no real romance developing. However, I feel as though Haruhi and Tamaki would be the most likely couple to come out of this. Before Haruhi joined the Host Club, Tamaki, although sincere in his love for women, never really was concerned about the true character of the person he was flirting with. All women were the same to him, and he used the same lines and actions with every one.

However, Haruhi was different. She was the first person to tell Tamaki what was really on her mind with no reservations and she was the first person to not be affected by his advances. Tamaki also had an interest in Haruhi from the very beginning because of thus and because of her background. Because she was a commoner, and Tamaki was obsessed with commoners, he was always hanging around her trying to learn to do things the commoners did.

It wasn't long before Tamaki created his little family and started calling Haruhi his daughter. This annoyed Haruhi at first, but eventually she got used to it. But as time went on, Tamaki started learning more and more about Haruhi and, I think, even if he hasn't admitted it yet in the story - he's fallen in love with her. He's started to learn more about her past, fears and personality and has started to admire her as a person. Haruhi was probably the first girl Tamaki has looked at in such a way.

It's hard to say what Haruhi feels because she treats everyone the same. Lately though, as Haruhi started to learn more about Tamaki's past and what he was going through, she's started to get a different opinion about him also. At first she was annoyed with him and always brushed him off. Now however, she goes out of her way to help him and to make him feel accepted.

So a blossoming love? Perhaps. I think so - especially considering that Tamaki and Haruhi both seem to be the main characteres that the story revolves around. We'll have to wait and find out.
